How do I return an item?

Please abide by the following instructions:

1. Contact and we will work with you to troubleshoot your item. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will send you an e-mail confirming that it’s OK to send back your defective merchandise.

2. Take care and repackage the defective item including the instructions and ALL accessories. Items must be shipped back at your expense.

3. Please indicate on your receipt if you would like a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days from the day we receive your defective item. NOTE:  Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process after we have initiated the credit.
